Francoise  married  Charles-Louis-Etienne PATENAUDE 26 November 1770 in Longueuil, Province of Québec, Canada .  Charles-Louis-Etienne PATENAUDE  was born 11 July 1743 in Longueuil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-Longueuil).  Charles-Louis-Etienne died 31 August 1814 in Longueuil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-Longueuil).  Charles-Louis-Etienne was the child of Étienne PATENAUDE and Marie-Angélique LAMARRE.

Francoise BENOIT died 16 November 1819 in Longueuil, Lower Canada .
