Marguerite BELANGER  was born 18 April 1746 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Marguerite was the child of Joseph BELANGER and Geneviève-Salomee FOURNIER.

Charles CLOUTIER died 27 July 1812 in Saint-Henri, Lower Canada .
