Julien OUELLET  was born 8 January 1757 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Julien died 11 March 1792 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Julien was the child of Étienne-Emmanuel OUELLET and Marie-Angélique SIROIS dite DUPLESSIS.
