Étienne MESNY  was born abt. 1644 in Marmire, Rouen, Normandie, France.  Étienne died 28 September 1693 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City). 

Catherine  married  (2) Jean PARÉ 23 May 1709 in Sainte-Famille-de-l'île-d'Orléans, Canada, New France .  Jean PARÉ  was born 18 April 1656 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Jean died 24 March 1746 in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Québec, Canada (Beaupre).  Jean was the child of Robert PARÉ and Françoise LEHOUX.

Catherine LAÎNÉ died 9 January 1715 in Sainte-Famille-de-l'île-d'Orléans, Canada, New France.
