Joseph BLAIS  was born 14 May 1740 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Bas) (Berthier).  Joseph died 7 July 1822 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Bas) (Berthier).  Joseph was the child of Augustin BLAIS and Madeleine FORTIER.
