Marie  married  Louis-Joseph CHARLEBOIS 12 April 1779 in Saint-Laurent, Montréal, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Louis-Joseph CHARLEBOIS  was born 10 November 1745 in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Montréal, Québec, Canada.  Louis-Joseph died 9 April 1808 in St-Benoit, Deux-Montagnes, Quebec, Canada.  Louis-Joseph was the child of Jacques CHARLEBOIS and Catherine PORTELANCE dite ROY.

Marie VIAU died 17 November 1794 in Lachine, Montréal, Lower Canada .
