Jean-Baptiste  married  Marie-Josephe-Louise GERARD dite LAFLEUR 10 June 1806 in Saint-Nicolas, Lévis, Lower Canada .  Marie-Josephe-Louise GERARD dite LAFLEUR  was born 29 April 1774 in Yamaska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Michel-d'Yamaska).  Marie-Josephe-Louise was the child of Gabriel GIRARD dit LAFLEUR and Marie-Geneviève FORCIER.

Jean-Baptiste MARTINEAU died 1 March 1833 in Sorel, Lower Canada .
