BLESSING. Theresa (Stacia) Blessing, 86, of 63 Old Marlborough Turnpike, Portland, wife of the late William H. Blessing Jr., died Friday (March 31, 1995) peacefully at her home. Born in Portland, May 10, 1908, daughter of the late Ignatius and Eleanora Rutkowski, she had resided in Meriden and Portland all her life. She was educated in Portland schools. Mrs. Blessing was employed by New Departure, Hyatt-Bearing Division of General Motors until her retirement. She was a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Church. She is survived by two sons, Charles W. Blessing of West Haven, and David E. Blessing of Portland; two grandchildren, Sharon Beckwith and Lynn Blessing; three great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Monday, April 3, 1995, 10 a.m., in St. Rose of Lima Church, Meriden. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Portland.
