Pierre  married  Charlotte BRIN 9 January 1804 in Verchères, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child. Charlotte BRIN  was born abt. 1780 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Charlotte was the child of François BRIN dit LEBRUN and Marie-Josephe CHARRON.

Pierre AMIOT died abt. 1839 in Verchères, Lower Canada .

Amiot, Pierre (1781-1839). Cultivateur et commerçant de Belœil. Capitaine de milice en 1813, major en 1830. Juge de paix. Député du comté de Surrey au Parlement du Bas-Canada en 1813, 1814, 1816, 1820, 1824 et 1827. Puis, député de Verchères en 1830 et 1834. Vota pour les Quatre-vingt-douze Résolutions en 1834. Prit part à la bataille des Patriotes à Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu en 1837.

- Fils de Joseph Amiot et d'Archange Brousseau.
- Il épousa Charlotte Brin à Verchères en 1804, puis Marie-Archange Chagnon à Verchères également, en 1807.
- Père (premier lit) d'Émilie (1805). Second lit, Pierre (1808), Archange (1809), Timothée (1811), Léocadie (1812), Mélanie (1814), Denis-Alexis (1815), Michel (1816), Charlotte (1818), Richard (1819), Gilette (1820), Zéphirin (1821), Zoé (1822), Louise (1824), Charles (1827) et Geneviève (1830).
- Décédé et inhumé à Verchères.
