Benjamin-Louis  married  Charlotte BRICAULT dite LAMARCHE 25 July 1791 in Repentigny, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 9 children.
Charlotte BRICAULT dite LAMARCHE  was born 5 November 1767 in Repentigny, Québec, Canada (La Purification-de-Repentigny) (St-Paul-l'Hermite).  Charlotte died 23 May 1829 in Saint-Roch-de-l'Achigan, Québec, Canada.  Charlotte was the child of Pierre BRICAULT dit LAMARCHE and Marie-Amable FORAND.

Benjamin-Louis FOURNIER died 13 July 1841 in Saint-Lin-Laurentides, Montcalm, Canada East .
