Obituary
Carolyn Carl, longtime Coventry resident, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 surrounded by loved ones in Bristol, NH. Carolyn was born in Warwick, RI on August 23, 1936 to the late Edgar and Hazel (Warren) Mason.
Carolyn was always a loving caregiver. Her children, other family, friends and patients all cherished her kind and skillful attention. She graduated from West Warwick High and later completed nursing school, working over 30 years at Kent County Hospital.
She spent the last ten years among friends in Stuart, FL. She loved to sing, golf, dance and do just about anything that brought people together. She made others feel better about themselves and better about life.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Donald Carl and son James (Marsha Ireland) Brindamour; also her brother Edgar Mason and sister Marilyn Burris. Carolyn is survived by her children Kenneth Brindamour (Cindy Salvato) and Cathy (Roland) Davide, stepson David Carl, sister Sheila (and Peter) Gale
