Joseph  married  Marie-Barbe RIOPEL 26 September 1780 in L'Assomption, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 10 children.
Marie-Barbe RIOPEL  was born 1 August 1757 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Barbe died 7 May 1847 in Saint-Roch-de-l'Achigan, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Barbe was the child of Joseph RIOPEL and Marie JULIEN.

Joseph BRISSON died 30 November 1815 in Saint-Roch-de-l'Achigan, Lower Canada.
