Francois  married  Marie-Julie ARCHAMBAULT 5 June 1776 in Québec Province, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 3 children.
Marie-Julie ARCHAMBAULT  was born 15 October 1757 in Repentigny, Québec, Canada (La Purification-de-Repentigny) (St-Paul-l'Hermite).  Marie-Julie died 14 July 1832 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Marie-Julie was the child of Louis ARCHAMBAULT and Thérèse BAUDREAU dite GRAVELINE.

Francois CORMIER died 12 August 1807 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .
