"Etienne, Jean and Joseph Parent were married on the same day in February 1696 at Beauport, before the curate Boullard. The Intendant Bouchart de Champigny signed the registry. Etienne had as his fiancee Marie-Therese Chavalier; Jean had Marie-Francoise Belanger; Joseph had Marie Belanger, Marie-Francoise's sister."
