Alexandre MERCIER  was born 27 July 1683 in Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada (Beaubassin, Acadia) (Fort Lawrence).  Alexandre died 26 January 1763 in Saint-Pierre-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, Québec, Canada.  Alexandre was the child of Pierre MERCIER dit CAUDEBEC and Andree MARTIN.
