Jim C. Wearne

South New Berlin—Jim C. Wearne, 61, passed away on January 15, 2021 after an extended illness.

He was born on June 16, 1959. Jim loved fishing, hunting, and serving his community in the Afton Emergency Squad and Fire Department.

He was predeceased by his parents, Clifford and Alice (Monahan) Wearne.

He is survived by his wife, Teena Wearne; his children: Darci Wearne, Caleb Wearne, Kiri Fox, Meghan Wearne and Seth Wearne; his 'Step' Children, Barbara Peloso and Aaron Wright; 11 grandchildren and longtime friend, Jeff Jones.

A Celebration of Life will be held this Summer with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations made in his name may be made to the Afton Fire Dept. and Emergency Squad, or to the local Fire Department/ Emergency Squad of choice.
