Louis-Amable BALARD dit LATOUR (BALLARD) was born 15 March 1741 in La Visitation-de-l'Île-Dupas, Québec, Canada (Isle Dupas). Louis-Amable died 26 February 1801 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire, Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur). Louis-Amable was the child of Louis BALARD and Marguerite BRÛLÉ.
Genevieve married (2) Joseph PROULX 16 August 1802 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Lower Canada . Joseph PROULX was born abt. 1731 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec). Joseph died 19 May 1822 in Sainte-Marie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce). Joseph was the child of Joseph PROULX and Marie-Marthe GAGNE.
