Josephte  married  Etienne TURGEON 19 February 1787 in Saint-Roch-de-l'Achigan, Province of Québec, Canada .  Etienne TURGEON  was born 13 November 1749 in Beaumont, Québec, Canada (Saint-Étienne-de-Beaumont).  Etienne died 5 February 1829 in Saint-Esprit, Montcalm, Québec, Canada.  Etienne was the child of Jacques TURGEON and Marie-Jeanne-Marguerite FOURNIER.

Josephte GIROUARD died 1 August 1825 in Saint-Esprit, Montcalm, Lower Canada.
