Biography
'Madeleine, daughter of Marie-Noelle Landeau and Jean Beaudoin, never knew her father. She was raised with the Tetreau children as their eldest sister. At the age of 17, she gave her heart to Martin Foisy, a pioneer originally from Champagne, widower of Jeanne Bouchard. She was the mother of 11 children and remains the ancestress of the fine Beaudoin-Foisy lineage.'
