Pierre CANAC dit MARQUIS  was born 8 October 1780 in Sainte-Famille-de-l'île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Pierre died 25 November 1850 in Saint-André, Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (St-Andre).  Pierre was the child of Jean-Baptiste CANAC dit MARQUIS and Amable Judith PEPIN dite LACHANCE.
