Francois CHARBONNEAU was the child of Joseph CHARBONNEAU   and   Marie-Louise VALIQUET and the grandchild of: (paternal)  Michel CHARBONNEAU dit LÉVEILLÉ and Geneviève HUBOUT (HUBOULT) (HOUBOU) (maternal)  Louis VALIQUET (VALIQUETTE) and Marie-Catherine LAMARCHE

Francois  married  Hippolyte-Apolline FOUCAULT 12 January 1790 in Ste-Thérèse, Terrebonne, Quebec, Canada .  Hippolyte-Apolline FOUCAULT  was born 11 March 1772 in Terrebonne, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-Terrebonne).  Hippolyte-Apolline died 12 December 1804 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Hippolyte-Apolline was the child of Louis-Urbain FOUCAULT and Marie-Marguerite DESJARDINS dite CHARBONNIER.

Francois  married  (2) Thérèse DESJARDINS 17 February 1806 in Saint-Eustache, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 6 children.
Thérèse DESJARDINS  was born 25 September 1788 in Sainte-Rose, Laval, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Rose-de-Lima).  Thérèse died 18 February 1823 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Thérèse was the child of Joseph DESJARDINS and Therese CHAPLEAU.

Francois  married  (3) Marguerite CHORET 7 February 1831 in Saint-Eustache, Lower Canada .  Marguerite CHORET  was born 28 September 1808 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Marguerite was the child of Louis CHORET and Marie-Charlotte CADIEUX.

Francois CHARBONNEAU died 26 August 1832 in Saint-Eustache, Lower Canada.
