Joseph  married  Josephte DENEVERS dite BOISVERT 27 February 1786 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 10 children.
Josephte DENEVERS dite BOISVERT  was born 18 October 1768 in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada (Three Rivers).  Josephte died 9 February 1837 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Baie-du-Febvre).  Josephte was the child of Étienne DENEVERS dit BOISVERT and Marie-Françoise CHORET.

Joseph CAYA died 3 November 1807 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Lower Canada .
