Obituary
Miss Lucy Bell of Sheridan, daughter of Mrs. W. T. Roberts, died Friday evening at 5 o'clock at Phoenix, Ariz., to which place she had been taken some two weeks before, in the vain hope that a lower altitude might prove beneficial to her health. The body will be brought back to Sheridan for interment and was shipped from Phoenix, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Roberts accompany the remains, and are expected to arrive here tomorrow.

Lucy Bell was born in Trinidad, Colo., but during the greater part of her life, her home has been in Sheridan county. When only a babe, her father, Samuel Bell, with his family left Colorado and moved to this section of the country, settling first on what is known as the Bar-N ranch.
Mr. Bell engaged extensively in wool growing, and for seven years they made their home on the Bar-N moving then to Sheridan, where they have since resided. Mr. Bell died five years ago last November, and recently the mother became the wife of W. T. Roberts, who now resides at 320
