Pierre  married  Françoise ÉTHIER 11 January 1762 in Sainte-Rose, Laval, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 18 children.
Françoise ÉTHIER  was born 11 March 1743 in Lachenaie, Québec, Canada (Saint-Charles-de-Lachenaie).  Françoise died 12 June 1813 in Terrebonne, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-Terrebonne).  Françoise was the child of Joseph ÉTHIER and Françoise-Angélique THERRIEN.

Pierre CHARBONNEAU died 8 February 1800 in Laval, Lower Canada .
