François DIZY dit MONTPLAISIR  was born 8 September 1698 in Champlain, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation).  François died 19 May 1737 in Champlain, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation).  François was the child of Michel-Ignace DIZY dit MONTPLAISIR and Marie-Jeanne BAUDOIN (BEAUDOIN).
