Benjamin  married  Angélique MARTINEAU 21 September 1794 in Louiseville, Lower Canada .  Angélique MARTINEAU  was born 17 July 1775 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Angélique died 1 May 1816 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Angélique was the child of Simon MARTINEAU and Madeleine PICHET.

Benjamin MELANCON died 31 December 1832 in Louiseville, Lower Canada .
