'Marie-Marthe was the first to die, 'at four o'clock in the morning of 11 February 1728, when about 68 years old.' She was buried the next day in the cemetery at Maskinonge. Jean-Baptiste Fleury married again the following 17 October at Rivier-du-Loup (Louiseville), to Marie-Francoise du Lignon, daughter of Pierre and of Marguerite De Gerlais.'
