Jean  married  Madeleine BERUBE 20 July 1761 in Rivière-Ouelle, Canada .  Madeleine BERUBE  was born 21 March 1733 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Madeleine died 29 December 1796 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Madeleine was the child of Mathurin BERUBE and Angelique MIVILLE dite DESCHÊNES.

Jean DUPERE died 10 April 1814 in Rivière-Ouelle, Lower Canada .
