Julien  married  Jeanne-Suzanne RAUX (RAOUL) (RHEAULT) 16 November 1734 in Champlain, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 7 children.
Jeanne-Suzanne RAUX (RAOUL) (RHEAULT)  was born 19 March 1715 in Champlain, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation).  Jeanne-Suzanne was the child of Joseph-François RAUX (RAOUL) (RHEAULT) and Françoise DUBOIS.

Julien  married  (2) Madeleine COSSETTE 22 August 1780 in Batiscan, Province of Québec, Canada .  Madeleine COSSETTE  was born 9 July 1718 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Madeleine died 2 May 1790 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Madeleine was the child of François COSSET (COSSETTE) and Catherine LAFOND.

Julien  married  (3) Geneviève CARRIER 17 October 1791 in Batiscan, Lower Canada .  Geneviève CARRIER  was born 9 January 1723 in Lauzon, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy).  Geneviève died 11 February 1798 in Batiscan, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan) (Saint-François-Xavier).  Geneviève was the child of Jean CARRIER and Jeanne SAMSON.

Julien LEFEBVRE died 12 December 1801 in Batiscan, Lower Canada .
