Joseph-Melchior BRISSET dit BEAUPRE  was born 23 November 1692 in Champlain, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation).  Joseph-Melchior died 18 July 1769 in La Visitation-de-l'Île-Dupas, Québec, Canada (Isle Dupas).  Joseph-Melchior was the child of Jacques BRISSET (BRISSETTE) dit COURCHESNE and Marguerite DANDONNEAU dite LAJEUNESSE.

Marie-Geneviève CASAUBON died 29 September 1738 in La Visitation-de-l'Île-Dupas, Canada, New France .
