Guillaume BILLY dit ST-LOUIS  was born 9 March 1687 in Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste) .  Guillaume died 19 December 1779 in Louiseville, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup).  Guillaume was the child of Jean-François BILLY (DUBILLY) and Catherine-Marguerite DELAMARCHE (DELAMARRE).
