Jacques  married  Marie-Josephte ST-PIERRE 19 January 1739 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Marie-Josephte ST-PIERRE  was born 15 January 1718 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Marie-Josephte died 2 April 1749 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Josephte was the child of Pierre ST-PIERRE and Marie GAGNON.

Jacques  married  (2) Marie-Charlotte LEBEL 24 August 1750 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Canada, New France .  Marie-Charlotte LEBEL  was born 3 March 1714 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Liesse).  Marie-Charlotte died 4 April 1790 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Charlotte was the child of Joseph LEBEL and Marie-Catherine BOUTIN dite LABONTÉ.

Jacques OUELLET died 15 June 1797 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Lower Canada.
