Cecile LECLERC dite FRANCOEUR  was born 27 February 1702 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Cecile died 24 February 1775 in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Québec, Canada.  Cecile was the child of Jean LECLERC dit FRANCOEUR and Marie-Madeleine LANGLOIS.
