Joseph-Blaise ROUSSEAU  was born 1 February 1701 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Joseph-Blaise died 4 April 1775 in Saint-Sulpice, Québec, Canada.  Joseph-Blaise was the child of Martin ROUSSEAU and Elisabeth THIBAULT.
