Obituary
MOULTON.--Annie Richard Moulton was born at North Swansea, Mass., August 21, 1868, and died at East Providence, Rhode Island, February 17, 1891. In her sixteenth year she was converted and united with Haven Methodist Episcopal Church, East Providence. She was 'always abounding in the work of the Lord.' Her hands were busy because her heart was full. Unsought responsibilities were heaped upon her. As an officer in the Epworth League and Ladies' Aid Society, and as a teacher in the Sunday School and public schools, she exerted a wide influence. Her life was brief, but bright--a constant benediction to the home, the church, and the community. Stricken almost without warning with the fatal fever, she felt no fear of death. Everything was beautiful. To the last she thought of her duties. Her mind wandered to the school-room; she was again in the Sunday School. For all she said a fond 'good-by.' The grief of her pupils was pathetic. One little girl said: 'Mamma, I don't want to go to school ...Read MORE...
