Marguerite  married  Joseph ÉTHIER 29 April 1811 in Sainte-Thérèse, Lower Canada .  Joseph ÉTHIER  was born 21 June 1755 in Laval, Québec, Canada (Saint François-de-Sales-de-l'Ile-Jésus).  Joseph died 6 March 1821 in Sainte-Thérèse, Québec, Canada (Blainville).  Joseph was the child of Claude-Joseph ÉTHIER and Marie-Geneveive BEAUCHAMP.

Marguerite FILION died 17 April 1838 in Sainte-Scholastique, Mirabel, Lower Canada.
