Jacques  married  Marie-Louise LACROIX 29 May 1747 in Saint-Vallier, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 5 children.
Marie-Louise LACROIX  was born 7 March 1727 in Saint-Vallier, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Louise died 29 January 1797 in Saint-Gervais, Bellechasse, Québec, Canada (Saints-Gervais-et-Protais).  Marie-Louise was the child of Gabriel LACROIX and Marie-Anne-Agnes CLOUTIER.

Jacques BLAIS died 17 March 1793 in Saint-Vallier, Lower Canada.
