Charles CLOUTIER  was born 3 May 1629 in Mortagne, Perche, France (Mortagne-au-Perche).  Charles died 5 June 1709 in Château-Richer, Québec, Canada (La Visitation-de-Notre-Dame de Chateau-Richer).  Charles was the child of Zacharie CLOUTIER and Xainte (Sainte) DUPONT.
