Eustache SYLVESTRE dit CHAMPAGNE  was born 1 April 1708 in Neuville, Portneuf, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-de-Sales).  Eustache died 9 July 1793 in Cap-St-Ignace, Québec, Canada (Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola).  Eustache was the child of Pierre SYLVESTRE dit CHAMPAGNE and Anne LABADIE.

Geneviève ROUSSIN died 27 April 1799 in Cap-St-Ignace, Lower Canada .
