Jean-Baptiste died 1 March 1789 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul). Jean-Baptiste was the child of Jean Baptiste OTIS dit LANGLAIS and Françoise GAGNÉ.
