Joseph OUELLET  was born 25 September 1716 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Joseph died 24 May 1794 in Saint-Roch-des-Aulnaies, Québec, Canada.  Joseph was the child of Joseph-Abraham OUELLET and Reine MENEUX.
