Nicolas DASSYLVA dit PORTUGUAIS  was born 12 July 1698 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Nicolas died 3 May 1761 in Lauzon, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy).  Nicolas was the child of Pedro Pierre DASSYLVA and Marie-Jeanne GRESLON.
