Joseph-Alexis CARREAU  was born 3 October 1779 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Joseph-Alexis died 4 January 1843 in Marieville, Rouville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Monnoir).  Joseph-Alexis was the child of Joseph CARREAU and Dorothee LOISEL (LOISELLE).
