Marie-Anne AMELOT dite SANSPEUR  was born 30 January 1712 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Marie-Anne died 26 April 1764 in Châteauguay, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joachim-de-Chateauguay) .  Marie-Anne was the child of Jacques AMELOT dit SANSPEUR and Marie-Angélique GODIN.
