Joseph  married  Angelique COTE 27 February 1797 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Lower Canada .  Angelique COTE  was born 4 September 1774 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Baie-du-Febvre).  Angelique died 22 October 1847 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-la-Baie-du-Febvre).  Angelique was the child of François CÔTÉ and Marie-Jeanne-Anne BENOIT.

Joseph CAYA died 24 July 1832 in Baie-du-Fèbvre, Lower Canada .
