Joseph  married  Marie DANIEL 9 September 1765 in Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie DANIEL  was born 31 December 1745 in Saint-Jean-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean).  Marie died 22 June 1809 in Saint-Vallier, Québec, Canada.  Marie was the child of Jacob-Francois DANIEL dit THOMAS and Agathe THERRIEN.

Joseph ROY died 27 February 1818 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Lower Canada .
