Thomas TREMBLAY  was born 11 July 1852 in La Baie, Québec, Canada (Grande-Baie) (Bagotville) (Port-Alfred) (Saint-Alexis) (Ha Ha Bay) (St-Alphonse-de-Liguori).  Thomas died 28 October 1913 in Chicoutimi, Québec, Canada (Arvida) (Saguenay).  Thomas was the child of Thomas TREMBLAY and Alice-Eulalie TREMBLAY.
