Josephte  married  Louis VENNE (VOYNE) 19 September 1746 in Québec, Canada, New France .  Louis VENNE (VOYNE)  was born 5 February 1721 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Louis died 7 June 1787 in Sorel, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre).  Louis was the child of Louis VENNE (VOYNE) and Jeanne CABASSIER (CABAZIER).

Josephte EMOND died 25 August 1792 in Champlain, Lower Canada .
