Elmire DULONG  was born 6 April 1833 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Elmire died 13 December 1884 in St-Théodore, Chertsey, Canada.  Elmire was the child of Louis DULONG and Julie DUPRAS.
