Joseph TURGEON  was born 13 October 1769 in Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse, Québec, Canada.  Joseph died 18 February 1854 Joseph was the child of Jean-Baptiste TURGEON and Louise VALLIERE (VALLIERES).
